bctsubs.com 5651 sayılı yasanın 5. maddesinde tanımlanan yer sağlayıcı olarak hizmet vermektedir. İlgili yasaya göre, web site yönetiminin hukuka aykırı içerikleri kontrol etme yükümlülüğü yoktur. Bu sebeple, sitemiz uyar ve kaldır prensibini benimsemiştir. Telif hakkına konu olan eserlerin yasal olmayan bir biçimde paylaşıldığını ve yasal haklarının çiğnendiğini düşünen hak sahipleri veya meslek birlikleri, "contactbct@proton.me" mail adresinden bize ulaşabilirler. Buraya ulaşan talep ve şikayetler hukuksal olarak incelenecek, şikayet yerinde görüldüğü takdirde, ihlal olduğu düşünülen içerikler üç iş günü içerisinde sitemizden kaldırılacaktır.

(2) Yer sağlayıcı, yer sağladığı hukuka aykırı içerikten, ceza sorumluluğu ile ilgili hükümler saklı kalmak kaydıyla, bu Kanunun 8 inci ve 9 uncu maddelerinde göre haberdar edilmesi halinde ve teknik olarak imkan bulunduğu ölçüde hukuka aykırı içeriği yayından kaldırmakla yükümlüdür.

The video content that is displayed originates from social video websites, such as, but not limited to Veoh, YouTube, Dailymotion and Myspace TV. In case of copyright infringement, please directly contact the responsible parties. bctsubs.com operates as an index and database of anime content found publicly available on the internet, in principle conducting in the same way as yahoo. However, bctsubs.com strongly believes in the protection of intellectual property and would be willing to assist when possible and applicable. Users who upload to these websites agree not to upload illegal content when creating their user accounts. bctsubs.com does not accept responsibility for content hosted on third party websites, nor do we upload videos ourselves or encourage others to do so. The videos are streamed directly from the third-party video sharing services mentioned above. All other trademarks, logos, and images are the property of their respective and rightful owners. In addition, we fully comply by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. For any DMCA complaints please contact us with a list of infringing urls at contactbct@proton.me.
